Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/3 c
- baking powder - 6 tsp
- whole wheat flour
How to make corn bread:
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add eggs, milk and oil. Beat just until smooth. Do not overbeat. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 425° for 25 minutes. Serve hot with beans and cole slaw.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Southern u.s..
