- sugar - 1/4 c
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- plain flour - 1 c
- whole wheat flour - 1 c
How to make whole wheat muffins:
Heat oven to 400°. Grease bottom of 12 medium muffin cups. Beat egg, stir in milk and oil. Mix remaining ingredients, until flour is moistened. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown, remove immediately.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
