- eggs - 4 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- heavy whipping cream - 1/2 pt
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 12 oz
- cans whole kernel corn - 2 item
How to make corn au gratin:
Drain the corn and place into casserole dish. Add beaten eggs, cream, grated cheese and salt and pepper. Stir and place into a preheated oven at 325° and bake approximately 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Rice.
