  • skim milk
  • onion, minced - 1 item
  • egg noodles, cooked and drained - 16 oz
  • extra lean hamburger
  • shredded nonfat Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • cans Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
  • cans Healthy Request cream of chicken soup - 2 item

How to make company beef casserole:

Brown hamburger. Rinse with hot water and drain. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish (large). Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
