Ingredients/Components
- sausage, browned and drained - 1 lb
- water
- rice - 1/2 c
- box dry Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 3 item
- large green pepper - 1 item
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
How to make sausage rice casserole:
Brown sausage; drain. Bring water to boil; add rice and Lipton onion soup mix. Boil 7 minutes. Add celery, green pepper, sliced water chestnuts and browned sausage. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
