  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 6 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 2/3 c
  • parsley - 1 item
  • diced celery - 2/3 c
  • slices bacon, cooked and crumbled - 8 item
  • pimiento - 2 Tbsp
  • potatoes, cooked and sliced - 3 cans
  • vinegar or to taste - 6 Tbsp

How to make cold german potato salad:

Slice potatoes thinly. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, dry mustard, sugar and pepper into dressing. Pour over potatoes, celery, onion and pimiento; mix. Top with crumbled bacon and parsley; chill well. Serves 8 to 10.
