  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • beaten egg - 1 item
  • dry mustard - 1/4 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1 item
  • parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • boiled eggs, chopped - 2 item
  • slices crisp bacon, crumbled - 6 item
  • stick celery, chopped - 1 item
  • cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 c - 1 Tbsp
  • hot bacon fat - 1 item
  • whole potatoes, boiled and cut into slices - 8 item

How to make german potato salad:

Pour above mixture over potato mixture while hot. Serve.
