Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- sour cream
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- water - 1 tsp
- coconut - 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar
- baking soda
- 1/2 sticks oleo - 1 item
- Filling:3/4 c
How to make coffee cake:
Mix together.Filling:3/4 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped nuts1/2 c. coconut1 tsp. cinnamon Frosting:1/4 c. confectioners sugar1 tsp. water Grease and flour tube pan. Alternate layers, starting with batter, then filling, batter again. Bake 1 hour in 350° oven. When cool, drizzle frosting over inverted cake.
