Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- coconut - 4 c
- almond extract - 1 tsp
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
How to make coconut macaroons:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix thoroughly. Allow to set 10 to 15 minutes, covered. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet; flatten with a fork. Bake in a 350° oven for 7 to 10 minutes. May place on wax paper when cooking to help from sticking.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
