- sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- almond extract - 1/2 tsp
- egg whites - 2 item
- of coconut
How to make coconut macaroons:
Combine coconut, sugar, flour, and salt in a bowl. Stir in unbeaten egg whites and almond extract. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased and floured baking sheets. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes or until edges are browned. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
