Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • diced potatoes - 2 c
  • diced onions - 1/4 c
  • green peppers - 2 Tbsp
  • to 8 large hard-shell clams, chopped fine - 6 item
  • cubed side meat - 1/4 c

How to make clam chowder:

Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Cover with just enough water to cover them. Cook until potatoes are done. Season with salt and pepper. Add milk and heat slowly.
