Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- diced potatoes - 2 c
- diced onions - 1/4 c
- green peppers - 2 Tbsp
- to 8 large hard-shell clams, chopped fine - 6 item
- cubed side meat - 1/4 c
How to make clam chowder:
Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Cover with just enough water to cover them. Cook until potatoes are done. Season with salt and pepper. Add milk and heat slowly.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Chowders, Clams.
