Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- dried onion flakes - 1 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- dried basil - 1/2 tsp
- dried thyme - 1/2 tsp
- chicken bouillon - 2 Tbsp
- nonfat dried milk powder or creamer for coffee - 1 c
How to make cream soup base:
This is dry mix that can be stored and kept on hand until needed. When ready for soup, add 2 cups of cold water and cook over medium heat, stirring until thickened. Add more water, if needed.For cream of mushroom, add some sliced mushrooms a few minutes before taking from stove.
