Ingredients/Components

  • milk
  • stick butter - 1/4 item
  • can evaporated milk - 1 oz
  • chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • crab meat - 1 lb
  • hard-boiled eggs, diced - 4 item
  • large potatoes, diced, cooked and drained - 4 item
  • bacon, cut into pieces, fried crisp and drained keep drippings - 1/2-i item
  • medium-large onions, chopped and cooked in bacon drippings - 2 item

How to make crab chowder:

In 3 to 4 quart saucepan combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling; remove from heat.
