Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- egg yolk - 1 item
- cream cheese, at room temperature - 8 oz
- bread, crusts cut off and rolled out flat - 1 item
How to make cinnamon rolls:
Mix together the cream cheese, egg yolk and sugar. Spread on the bread. Roll the bread up in a diamond (from corner to corner). Melt 1/4 pound butter and brush on rollups. Sprinkle with good amount of cinnamon. Lay out on a cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Yeast breads, Brunch.
