Cinnamon pecan coffee cake
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 3/4 c
- Crisco - 3/4 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- small box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
- pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
- sugar white - 1/2 c
How to make cinnamon pecan coffee cake:
Mix cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, Crisco and water together; set aside. Combine white sugar, brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon together. Sprinkle this sugar mixture in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour thin layer of batter over this and then another layer of sugar. Follow by adding remaining batter and remaining sugar mixture.
