  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • minced onion - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of cayenne - 1 item
  • green pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • pimento - 1 Tbsp
  • sharp Cheddar - 8 oz
  • Mozzarella - 4 oz
  • American - 4 oz

How to make christmas cheese ball:

Grate cheeses together. Add pimento, pepper and onion. Add Worcestershire, lemon juice, salt and cayenne. Stir until smooth. Form into ball and chill.
