Ingredients/Components
- instant coffee - 1 Tbsp
- ground cinnamon - 1/8 tsp
- skim milk - 2 c
- Equal - 2 pkg
- Featherweight Vaniaa Custard - 1 pkg
How to make coffee custard:
Combine custard mix, Equal, instant coffee and cinnamon in medium saucepan. Stir in skim milk. Cook on medium-low heat until mixture comes to a full boil, stirring constantly. (Mix will be thin.) Pour into custard cups or dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until set. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Puddings and mousses.
