Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 (8
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- small onion - 1/2 item
- green pepper - 1/2 item
- pimento - 1/4 c
- Cracker Barrel sharp cheese - 1 pkg
How to make cheese ball:
Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Grate the sharp cheese. Chop onion and green pepper into small pieces. Drain pimento. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Mix all ingredients together. Form into two 4 to 5-inch balls. Coat with chopped walnuts. Best if served with Town House or Ritz crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
