Chop suey
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 2 c
- head cabbage - 1/2 c
- string beans - 1/4 k
- small bell peppers - 2 item
- shrimp, shelled - 1/2 c
- medium size carrots - 2 item
- boiled pork - 1/2 c
- boiled, boned chicken - 1/2 c
- kilogram snow peas - 1/4 item
- dried Chinese mushrooms - 1/4 k
How to make chop suey:
Cut the pork and chicken in cubes. Cut the cabbage, string beans, pepper and carrots in slices at least 2-inches long. Cut snow peas in halves. Saute the pork, chicken and lastly add the vegetables.
