- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- chicken broth
- can water chestnuts, drained and sliced - 1 oz
- onion slices - 1 c
- cooking sherry - 2 Tbsp
- can bamboo shoots, drained - 1 oz
- coarsely broke walnuts - 1 c
- chicken breasts raw, boned and cut lengthwise in thin strips - 2 item
- bias cut celery slices
How to make chinese walnut chicken:
