  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • salad oil - 1/4 c
  • soy sauce - 1/4 c
  • chicken broth
  • can water chestnuts, drained and sliced - 1 oz
  • onion slices - 1 c
  • cooking sherry - 2 Tbsp
  • can bamboo shoots, drained - 1 oz
  • coarsely broke walnuts - 1 c
  • chicken breasts raw, boned and cut lengthwise in thin strips - 2 item
  • bias cut celery slices

How to make chinese walnut chicken:

In skillet, toast walnuts in hot oil, stirring constantly. Remove nuts to paper towel. Put chicken into skillet. Sprinkle with salt. Cook, stirring frequently, 5 to 10 minutes or until slightly tender. Combine cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce and cooking
