Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 c
- can Chinese noodles - 1 item
- celery - 1 c
- beef bouillon cubes - 2 item
- onions - 2 item
- chopped meat, cooked - 2 c
- small can mushrooms pieces - 1 item
How to make chop suey:
Cook in frying pan, the celery and onions in water and liquid from mushrooms. Add the cooked meat (leftover roast is best), the mushrooms, and bouillon cubes. Simmer 15 minutes and serve over cooked rice. Add 1 can of noodles on top.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Main dish.
