Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 c
- saltine crackers - 1 pkg
- milk chocolate morsels - 1 c
- butter, not margarine - 1 c
How to make cracker candy:
Layer saltines on cookie sheet lined with foil. In saucepan, melt butter, add brown sugar. Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes. Spread over crackers and bake 5 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle morsels over crackers, let stand 5 minutes, then spread. Cool in refrigerator until hard. Remove foil and break into pieces.
