  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • cocoa - 4 Tbsp
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • chocolate chips - 1/4 c
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • ground cloves - 1/2 tsp

How to make chocolate zucchini bread:

Sift all dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. Pour batter into 2 loaf pans, greased. Put chocolate chips on top and bake at 325° for 1 hour. Let stand for 1 1/2 hours before removing from pans.
