  • flour
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • cocoa - 4 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • oleo - 1/2 c
  • sour milk - 1/2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Cream oleo, oil and sugar. Add the eggs and beat. Add the vanilla, sour milk and dry ingredients. Beat well. Stir in the grated zucchini. You can sprinkle 1/2 cup chocolate chips and nuts on top of batter before baking, if you desire. Bake in a 9 x
