Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- chopped dates - 1 c
- cooking oil - 1 c
- white sugar - 2 c
- chopped apples, unpeeled - 4 c
How to make raw apple cake:
Sprinkle sugar over apples and let stand for 1 hour. This is important. Then stir in remaining ingredients. One half of this can be made in 8 x 8-inch pan or entire recipe in 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350° for about 45 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
