Ingredients/Components
- margarine, softened - 3/4 c
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- baking powder
- baking soda
- salt - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- grated orange peel optional - 2 tsp
- coarsely shredded zucchini, peeled and seeds removed - 2 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
How to make chocolate zucchini cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in zucchini, grated orange peel and nuts. Spoon into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
