margarine, softened - 3/4 c
sugar - 2 c
eggs - 3 item
milk - 1/2 c
vanilla - 2 tsp
flour
cocoa - 1/2 c
baking powder
baking soda
salt - 1 tsp
cinnamon - 1 tsp
grated orange peel optional - 2 tsp
coarsely shredded zucchini, peeled and seeds removed - 2 c
chopped pecans - 1 c

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in zucchini, grated orange peel and nuts. Spoon into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
