sugar - 2 c
cinnamon - 1 tsp
eggs - 3 item
vanilla - 2 tsp
chopped pecans - 1 c
milk - 1/2 c
salt - 1 tsp
flour
cocoa - 1/2 c
baking powder
baking soda
soft butter - 3/4 c
grated orange peel - 1 Tbsp
shredded zucchini - 2 c
Beat butter, eggs one at a time and baking soda until smooth

How to make chocolate zucchini cake:

Sift together salt, flour, cinnamon, cocoa, sugar and baking powder. Beat butter, eggs (one at a time) and baking soda until smooth. With a spoon stir in vanilla, grated orange peel and shredded zucchini. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Add chopped pecans or walnuts.

Bake in 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan at 350° for one hour. Cool 15 minutes. Drizzle glaze over cake.Glaze:2 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla Beat until smooth.
