  • sugar
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • chocolate chips - 1/2 c
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c

How to make chocolate zucchini bread:

Beat eggs until light. Add sugar, vanilla and oil. Mix well. Stir in zucchini. Sift flour, salt, soda and baking powder. Blend with creamed mixture. Fold in dry pudding, nuts and chocolate chips. Put into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean. Makes 2 loaves.
