  • sugar - 2/3 c
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • flour
  • egg yolks - 2 item
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • flaked coconut - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • cake flour - 1/2 c
  • egg whites, beaten - 2 item
  • lemon peel, grated - 1 tsp
  • red raspberry jelly

How to make coffee cake:

Topping:2/3 c. red raspberry jelly1 c. flaked coconut1 Tbsp. flour1/2 c. chopped nuts Cream together margarine and sugar. Add egg yolks and blend. Add sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice and lemon peel; mix. Combine together flour, soda and baking powder. Add to other ingredients. Fold in egg whites. Bake at 350° until center springs back to touch. Spread with topping ingredients. Return to oven under broiler for a few minutes.
