  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • vanilla extract - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • baking powder
  • baking soda
  • all-purpose flour
  • nuts - 1 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • butter 1 1/2 sticks - 3/4 c

How to make chocolate zucchini bread:

Sift together the dry ingredients. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, vanilla, zucchini, milk and nuts. Alternate combining the wet and dry ingredients with the creamed mixture. Spread batter into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
