Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- flour
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- oleo, melted - 3 Tbsp
- unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
How to make chocolate pie:
Prick crust and bake at 350° for a few minutes. Mix all ingredients except egg whites and pour into crust. Bake at 350° until pie barely moves when jiggled. Beat egg whites until stiff, top pie with meringue and bake until brown. (Total baking time for pie about 40 minutes.)Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
