Chocolate mousse pie



  • graham cracker crumbs
  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • butter, melted - 1/3 c
  • 4 sq - 4 oz
  • envelope whipped topping - 1 item

How to make chocolate mousse pie:

Crust:1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs1/4 c. brown sugar1/3 c. butter, melted To Prepare Crust: Mix crust ingredients together and press into 8-inch pie plate. Bake at 300° for 5 to 8 minutes. Cool.

To Prepare Filling: Heat chocolate and 2 tablespoons of milk until chocolate melts. Beat sugar into cream cheese. Add remaining milk and chocolate mixture. Beat until smooth.

Prepare topping according to package directions. Fold into chocolate mixture, mixing well until smooth. Spoon into crust and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
