Pecan pie



  • brown sugar
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • sifted flour - 2 Tbsp
  • white sugar - 1/2 c
  • unbaked pie shell - 1 item
  • or more pecans - 1 c
  • top milk or light cream - 1/3 c

How to make pecan pie:

Mix sugars and salt, then add beaten eggs and cream; blending well. Add melted butter and mix thoroughly. Cover bottom of pan with pecans. Pour in other mixture and bake in oven, about 30 minutes or until preset. Pie is done when all but a small circle in the middle is set. This part will cook after removing from the oven by heat from the pie.
