Chocolate mousse



  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • Cool Whip - 1 c
  • graham crackers, crumbled - 2 c
  • chocolate instant pudding mix - 1 pkg
  • vanilla instant pudding mix - 1 pkg

How to make chocolate mousse:

Melt butter. Add graham crackers and blend together. Press in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.

Mix together cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip. Pour on top of crust. Mix chocolate and vanilla pudding mixes together; pour in milk according to pudding directions. After well blended, pour on top. Spread Cool Whip over top. Sprinkle pecans on top. Chill before serving.
