Blueberry cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2/3 c
- baking powder
- butter or margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- skim milk - 2/3 c
- blueberries cleaned - 2 c
How to make blueberry cobbler:
In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in the milk and mix batter until smooth. Pour the melted butter or margarine into a 1 or 1 1/2-quart casserole baking dish. Pour in the batter and sprinkle blueberries on top. Bake the cobbler in preheated 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes until lightly browned.From Jane Brody, Good Food Cookbook Easy and Healthy!
