Key lime pie



  • can sweetened condensed milk - 8 oz
  • lime juice - 7 Tbsp
  • large egg whites - 3 item
  • whipped cream for garnish - 1 item
  • prepared 9-inch graham cracker pie shell - 1 item

How to make key lime pie:

Mix the milk with the lime juice in a large mixing bowl. In another bowl, whip the egg whites until you can turn the bowl over without them falling out. Add the egg whites to the bowl with milk and lime juice. Mix slowly with a whisk so as not to deflate the whites. Pour mixture in pie shell. Freeze. Serves 6 to 8.
