Chocolate fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cocoa - 1/2 c
How to make chocolate fudge:
Combine sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Mix completely. Cover until boiling point is reached. Boil to soft ball stage (234-238 degrees). Add 1 tsp. vanilla. Cool without stirring until room temperature. Beat until mixture is creamy, thick and will hold it's shape when dropped from a spoon. Pour into buttered 8 inch pan and cool.
