Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- nuts, if desired - 1/2 c
- corn syrup light - 2 Tbsp
How to make fudge:
Butter loaf pan 9 x 5 x 3-inches. Combine sugar, milk, cocoa, corn syrup and salt in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cocoa is melted and sugar dissolved. Let boil for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add butter. LeRecipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
