Ingredients/Components
- large container Cool Whip - 1 item
- French vanilla pudding
- milk - 3 c
- graham crackers whole - 1 item
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- sugar - 1 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Mix first three ingredients together in a large bowl. Line the bottom of large container with graham crackers (layer like you would with a banana pudding), 1st, graham crackers, then pour on Cool Whip mixture, then graham crackers, then the rest of the Cool Whip mixture.Mix cocoa, sugar and milk in saucepan; bring to a boil and then boil for 1 more minute. Add margarine and vanilla. Cool before putting on top of cake and put into refrigerator to set. Enjoy!
