  • large container Cool Whip - 1 item
  • French vanilla pudding
  • milk - 3 c
  • graham crackers whole - 1 item
  • cocoa - 1/3 c
  • sugar - 1 c
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp

How to make chocolate eclair cake:

Mix first three ingredients together in a large bowl. Line the bottom of large container with graham crackers (layer like you would with a banana pudding), 1st, graham crackers, then pour on Cool Whip mixture, then graham crackers, then the rest of the Cool Whip mixture.

Mix cocoa, sugar and milk in saucepan; bring to a boil and then boil for 1 more minute. Add margarine and vanilla. Cool before putting on top of cake and put into refrigerator to set. Enjoy!
