- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk
- butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- powdered sugar
- white Karo syrup - 2 tsp
- canned milk - 3 Tbsp
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- small boxes instant vanilla pudding - 2 item
- bowl Cool Whip - 1 (8
- Nestle Choco-Bake - 2 pkg
How to make chocolate eclairs:
Frosting:1 1/2 c. powdered sugar2 pkg. Nestle Choco-Bake2 tsp. white Karo syrup3 Tbsp. butter or margarine2 tsp. vanilla3 Tbsp. canned milk Butter 9 x 13-inch dish. Line bottom of pan with graham crackers. Beat pudding and milk for 2 minutes. Stir in Cool Whip. Pour half of mixture on top of graham crackers. Place more graham crackers on top. Pour rest of mixture of 2nd layer of crackers, then put 3rd layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Mix and beat all the ingredients together for the frosting.
