Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1 c
- sugar - 2 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- coconut optional - 1 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- eggs - 4 item
- flour
- chopped walnuts
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- jar marshmallow cream - 1 oz
- Spread into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan
- milk - 5 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 3 c
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Mix ingredients together except marshmallow cream. Spread into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Take from oven and spread immediately with marshmallow cream. Let cool, then ice.Icing:1/2 c. margarine5 Tbsp. milk1/3 c. cocoa dash of salt1 tsp. vanilla3 c. powdered sugar Beat with mixer until smooth.
