Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- margarine - 1 stick
- graham crackers - 1 item
- French vanilla pudding
How to make chocolate eclair cake:
Boil sugar, cocoa, 1/4 cup milk, margarine and vanilla for 1 minute; set aside. Allow to cool. Mix pudding and 3 cups milk in separate bowl. Add Cool Whip. Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with crackers. Cover with pudding mixture. Place crackers on top of pudding mixture. Pour icing on top. Chill.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 30 mins.
