Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • can crushed pineapple
  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • beaten egg - 1 item
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 8 oz
  • salted peanuts - 1 c
  • diced apples do not peel - 4 5

How to make taffy apple salad:

Cook the first 5 ingredients until thick, stirring often. Cool completely. Mix in Cool Whip. Fold in apples, pineapple and peanuts.
