  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • corn oil - 1/2 c
  • bitter chocolate, melted - 4 sq

How to make chocolate crinkle cookies:

Mix corn oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend well; add eggs, beating well. Add vanilla and the dry ingredients. Chill several hours or overnight. Drop by teaspoon into powdered sugar and roll until all are coated and place on greased baking sheet. Bake in moderate oven at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.

Note: Nuts can be added.
