Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• eggs - 5 item
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
• cream cheese room temperature

How to make cheese cake:

Cream sugar and cheese. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.

Note: Use 10-inch pie plate (buttered).
