Chocolate crinkle cookies
Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- unsweetened chocolate 4 oz - 4 sq
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- Gold Medal flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
How to make chocolate crinkle cookies:
Mix oil, chocolate and granulated sugar. Blend in one egg at a time, until well mixed, add vanilla. Measure flour by dipping method or by sifting. Stir flour, baking powder and salt into oil mixture. Chill several hours or overnight. Heat oven to 350°. Drop teaspoon of dough into confectioners sugar. Roll in sugar and roll into balls. Place about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet.
