  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • corn oil - 1 c
  • crushed pineapple - 1 c
  • pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
  • zucchini, chopped in pieces - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat until well mixed the sugar, eggs, vanilla and oil. Add the remaining ingredients. Bake in greased loaf pans at 325° for one hour. Makes two regular loaves.
