How to make chocolate cream cheese pie:

Early in the day or day before: In a 9 x 3-inch spring-form pan, combine cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. With back of spoon or hand, pat firmly into bottom of pan. Bake at 375° for 8 minutes. Cool. Beat at high speed and gradually add 1 cup sugar until eggs stand stiff and glossy.

In large bowl at medium speed, beat egg yolks, cream cheese, chocolate and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold egg whites into egg yolk mixture. Pour into prepared pan and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Makes 12 servings.
