sugar - 1 c
milk - 1/2 c
salt - 1/4 tsp
butter - 1/2 c
baking powder - 2 tsp
egg - 1 item
chocolate - 2 sq
flour pastry - 2 c

How to make chocolate cookies:

Can use 2/3 cup cocoa and 1 tablespoon shortening.

Melt butter and chocolate on top of stove, then add to dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not over bake. Do not use as much flour if all-purpose flour is used (use about 1 1/2 cups). May be frosted if you like.
