Chocolate cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla extract - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 1/2 c
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• powdered sugar - 1 item
• unsweet chocolate - 4 oz

How to make chocolate cookies:

Mix oil, sugar, and chocolate. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add vanilla. Mix flour, salt, and baking powder. Add to oil mixture. Chill overnight. Roll into balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar. Bake 350 degrees 10-12 minutes.
